1 Session Personal Training
Want a refresher? Or to get some specialized assistance on a specific piece of equipment or style of workout? Then grab a session or two and allow us to give you some input on how to change up your workout program!
4 Session Training Package
If you are the type that loves to work with a trainer once a week to get that little extra accountability and variety in your workouts between your group fitness classes, this is the package for you!
8 Session Training Package
Do you have a fitness goal that you have been striving to hit and just can't achieve it on your own? Come work with one of our Fitness Specialists 2 times a week for a month, and let us show you how to get to where you want to go!
12 Session Training Package
If you have an aggressive goal (e.g. losing 2 pounds a week) and want to make sure you get there fast, come see one of our Fitness Specialists 2- 3 times a week and save some $$$ in the process!
24 Session Training Package
This package is for the individual that has some serious fitness goals that are going to take a little bit of time to get there...but fear not, we will get you there! Work with us 3- 4 times a week, and you will be a whole new you in 6- 8 weeks!!
