Bionic Mommy Circuit is a group exercise class for our pre and postnatal clients. New mothers are welcome to bringing their babies. Please bring your ergonomic baby carriers so you can wear your baby during class. We kindly ask you do your best to wear your baby or keep them in the carrier or stroller! We understand this doesn't always happen and will happily accommodate you so your workout isn't interrupted!

Join Danielle in our soul studio for a energetic core and cardio class to focus on burning off the baby weight and strengthening the core muscles.
Bionic Mama Motivate and Meditate is a new class designed to enhance both physical and mental functioning; it combines your traditional workout class with hypnotherapy (or transformative imagery). The first phase of the class is structured as a traditional workout class with inspirational music, high intensity intervals, and etc etc (based on class you choose). The second phase takes the class to the floor to relax as they are guided through an imagery journey with new positive suggestions that will inspire, uplift, motivate, energize, and transform their subconscious beliefs. By combining physical and mental training in one session you are allowing the body to release physical tension and retraining the mind to accept new positive beliefs and motivators all in one hour.
Babies are welcome in this class that combines barre and cardio moves to help you tone and get your heart rate up.
