  • Bionic Mommy Circuit is a group exercise class for our pre and postnatal clients. New mothers are welcome to bringing their babies. Please bring your ergonomic baby carriers so you can wear your baby during class. We kindly ask you do your best to wear your baby or keep them in the carrier or stroller! We understand this doesn't always happen and will happily accommodate you so your workout isn't interrupted!

  • Join Danielle in our soul studio for a energetic core and cardio class to focus on burning off the baby weight and strengthening the core muscles. 

  • Mommy Strength and Stretch
  • Tone and lengthen your muscles in this baby-free class designed for pre and postnatal. 

  • Baby Barre (Bionic Mommy)
  • Tighten and tone your entire body with our Bionic Baby Barre class. Perfect for pre or post natal mommies, with or without your baby.
