Bionic Boxing


This class is taught by:
Boxing is a sport that will not only challenge you physically, it is also mentally challenging. Although fighting is not required, testing your limits will be. Ariel will be teaching the basics of boxing, the different punches involved being the jab, cross, hook and uppercut. The importance of footwork, defence and reflexes. Boxing is the culmination of speed, strength, endurance and heart.
